CITYterm at the Masters School seeks a full time, residential Program Coordinator starting July 1, 2017.  This is a paid, administrative position that includes housing. This position reports to CITYterm’s Director. The Program Coordinator will plan, manage and execute administrative tasks and projects to ensure each semester is a success and to maintain and develop a strong alumni community. In addition to responsibilities as a member of the program’s administrative team, this position includes formal and informal student interaction, allowing the Coordinator ample time to build meaningful academic connections with CITYterm students as a dorm parent and an academic advisor. Residential Math Teacher

CITYterm at the Masters School seeks a full time, residential Math Teacher starting in August, 2017.  This position is a ten-month, paid teaching position that includes housing.  This teacher will lead three sections of high school math (could include classes in Probability & Statistics, Algebra II/Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus and/or Calculus) for 11th and 12th grade students.  The team member will report to CITYterm’s Director and receive coaching from CITYterm’s Associate Director of Studies.  Ideally this position will be filled by someone willing to make a two-year minimum commitment. To apply, please email your resume and a cover letter to Jason Hult, Co-Director of CITYterm, at Jason.Hult@cityterm.org

The Masters School seeks a Director of CITYterm; this is a twelve-month, administrative position.  This role will report to the Dean of Faculty, with regular access to the Head of School. Salary is competitive and dependent on qualifications and experience. Compensation includes on-campus housing. The Director of CITYterm oversees the academic, residential, operational and financial dimensions of the program.  Ideal candidates for this position will be drawn to CITYterm’s progressive pedagogical approach and will relish the opportunity to collaborate with the program’s dynamic faculty to create transformational learning experiences for students.  This role offers the unique chance to lead all aspects of an independent school, just on a smaller scale.  In collaboration with senior leadership and various offices at The Masters School, the CITYterm Director is responsible for holistic oversight of the program and for the short and long term success of CITYterm.

In addition to maintaining CITYterm’s reputation as a trailblazer in the experience-based semester school world, the ideal Director serves as a thought leader at The Masters School, supporting the broader school in introducing and adopting student-centered learning initiatives.  The Director will work closely with the Masters School administration, including the Dean of Faculty and the Head of School, to ensure that CITYterm and the broader school maintain a strong, productive relationship.
