Application Process


To apply for the Teaching for Experience Workshop, please complete the three step process below.

Part I: Please craft a short response to each of the following questions.

  1. What is the most compelling question about teaching and/or learning that you are currently investigating?  How are you investigating it?
  2. If your students were asked what you value most as a teacher, what would they say?

Part II: Please attach a copy of your resume.

Part III: Send the finished application to the address below.

Who should apply?


Teaching for Experience is designed for teachers and administrators of all ages and disciplines.

Due Date:  Rolling Admissions

Teaching for Experience Fee is $1750.  Invoices will be sent to participants in the Spring. The fee includes the workshop, speaker fees, one ticket to a Broadway show, materials, lodging, all meals, and transportation in and out of New York City throughout the workshop.
